Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026. How Codebeatz Technologies Inc. handles data for Fractionalyse.
This Privacy Policy describes how Codebeatz Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Fractionalyse (the “Service”).
This is sample policy language intended for product development. Have counsel review it before relying on it in production.
Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and billing details if you subscribe.
Workspace data you connect: messages, email metadata, tasks, Notion pages, and related content from integrations you authorize (for example Slack, Gmail, Asana, or Notion), within the scopes you grant.
Usage and device data: approximate location derived from IP, browser type, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service — including unified feeds, urgency scoring, digests, and support.
To process payments, send transactional email, and communicate product or security notices.
To detect abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We may send content from a single connected client workspace to AI providers (currently Anthropic) to generate summaries, urgency scores, and digests.
We design prompts so data from different clients is not mixed. Providers process data under their API terms; we do not use your content to train our own models.
We share data with subprocessors that help us run the Service, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, billing, and AI providers. They may process data only under our instructions.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
Feed items are retained for 90 days by default, then deleted, unless a longer period is required for security, billing, or legal reasons.
You can disconnect an integration and purge associated ingested data, or delete a client workspace, which removes related records from the Service.
We use encryption in transit, encryption of OAuth tokens at rest, and database-enforced tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
For more detail, see our Security page.
You can update account details, disconnect integrations, purge client data, or request account deletion through the product or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date.
