Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fractionalyse (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fractionalyse provides a multi-client workspace for fractional executives, including unified activity feeds, AI-assisted triage, Client Memory (search and Ask), digests, and integrations with third-party tools you authorize.

We may update features, limits, or availability from time to time. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for professional use.

You may not misuse the Service, including attempting to access other customers’ data, reverse engineer the product beyond what applicable law allows, overload our systems, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

You remain responsible for complying with your clients’ NDAs, employment agreements, and the terms of any third-party tools you connect.

When you connect Slack, email, Asana, Notion, or other tools, you authorize us to access data within the scopes you grant, solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the right to connect those workspaces and to process the related client data through the Service.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. The Free plan continues until you choose a paid plan and provide payment details as described during signup. Time-limited Client Memory trials on Free and Solo are described on the pricing page.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement with Codebeatz Technologies Inc.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Codebeatz Technologies Inc. and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use Fractionalyse during your subscription.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codebeatz Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages, or for amounts exceeding fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
